A3. We accept FOB Ningbo, CIF,CNF, or EXW, as your requirement.
 

Q4.How long is our production leading time?
A4. Our lead time is 20-30 days after receiving your deposit, if there is public vacations, the production time may be longer, but we will inform you in advance for any possible delay.

Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5. The payment term is 30% deposit after confirming the PI, and 70% balance before shipping when we inform the exact loading date. For future cooperation we can also accept 70% balance after shipping against B/L copy.

Q6. What is your products warranty?
A6. We guarantee one year for our products, during the warrantee period, we will offer free spare parts to you in time if there is any damage for manufacturing defects. But we will still supply spare parts at cost price even beyond the warrantee.
